If I am involved in an accident, what should I do?
- Stop! You must stop after an accident by law
- Check if anyone is hurt and if needed call an ambulance
- Don't admit responsibility
- Exchange details with those involved:
- Name, address and phone number
- Vehicle make and model
- Registration number
- Insurance Company
- Policy number

Making a Home Insurance Claim
You can contact us regarding making a home insurance claim on 1890 68 56 85.
In the event of loss or damage to your home or contents:
You will be asked to provide details of your loss. We will then register your claim and provide you with a claim number that should be retained for all future correspondence.
You will need to obtain an estimate for repairs or replacements as soon as possible.
We will appoint an independent loss adjustor to deal with your claim on our behalf.
It is important to note that you should not go ahead with repairs (other than emergency repairs to limit damage) prior to our approval.
Please do not dispose of any damaged articles before we have had an opportunity of examining them ourselves, or without our approval.
